|We compile a detailed brief of your exact criteria, including location, price range, construction, orientation and proximity to various amenities. No request is too trivial.
Due to our unique commitment to remaining independent we have established a healthy rapport with over 80 real estate agents. We first contact each agent in your preferred locations to source any properties that have not yet been advertised. Of course we also check all relevant media, surf the net and, if necessary, contact owners directly. We also have our own confidential list of properties, as some owners contact us directly.
After compiling a short list of properties that match your criteria, we arrange to view them, with you, at a mutually agreeable time.
Once you have decided on a particular property we then assist you to secure it, either by representing you at auction or negotiating a private sale. We ensure that the price, deposit and settlement details are satisfactory. If it is judged prudent to have a building inspection we will organise that.
Although we are familiar with the contents of a contract we suggest that you seek professional approval. We keep in touch with the agents and the conveyancers through to settlement.
