The main reason we went down this path was that we had been looking for houses for over six months, auction after auction. After looking at 10 properties and deciding on two we thought why not give ourselves the best chance possible, thus why we contacted you, the professional. Over all, it added more expense to the property (fees), but over the lifetime of the loan that is minimal.
